wasted time twice today ...in the morning 20 mins because the meeting link wasn't working. The receptionist reschedule me next day and sent confirmation which I confirmed .Then I got mail that I have been rescheduled the same day. I waited for 45 mins..Nobody showed up . I ended up with cancelling my appointment, as I did not want to waste my time anymore. Doctor is really a nice person but scheduling system not at all efficient. Really disappointed.

I brought my son here to see a therapist due to his mental health struggles, which initiated during the pandemic. The office requires masks and within the therapist’s office, my son was seated 10 feet away from the therapist who wore an N95 mask at a desk separating himself further with plexiglass. This was not an environment which communicated interest in my son’s mental health. Rather, it fostered further disconnection.

I have had this doctor for 5 years for both my children and it's always the same problems, the cancel last minute and I am out 200 pay for the day. If I miss an appointment they charge me 50$. The hold no accountability for their own office but tell youyou can't come back if you on pay the missed appointment fee. I never agreed to this in the beginning, and it has to be disclosed.I would stop going but there is not another viable option for me.

I have NEVER been more frustrated with a specialist. I had been waiting 6 months for my son's appointment, they cancelled the appointment and I dont find out till the day the appointment was supposed to be that it was cancelled. I had troubles with my phone so couldn't receive a call from them but instead of trying other forms of contact such as sending me an email or sending me physical mail to my address (which they had both) that the appointment was cancelled and I need to reschedule, they did NOTHING and are now making a bunch of excuses everytime I try to call to reschedule that the main secretary is under the weather" and they don't know when she will be back and she's the only one that can book the appointment.Horrible ! My son needs extreme help and I am so frustrated with this team

Dr Sikander is heartless. She completely traumatized my sister. As a pregnant woman, she was completely dismissed. Her feelings were hurt. She was blamed for something that she should never have been blamed for. This doctor should not have a practice. She is absolutely heartless. Don’t go to see her if you want to still have dignity. She robbed my sister of a happy and validated pregnancy.

My experience here was not positive. I went for an assessment for my child and the results made no sense. My son was previously diagnosed for ADHD and written language learning disability done at the ADHD clinic and the DDSB psych assessment. I paid the clinic to do an Autism evaluation. The evaluation came out with my son being identified as defiant ODD. I spent $1400 on an incorrect diagnosis that I could not get my money back for. I went to an established clinic downtown and he was also evaluated by the school board psychologist and both concluded my son is on the autism spectrum. Parents be very wary of how this clinic identifies your child especially young black boys.

Been meaning to write this review for a long time. Now I need to look for a new doctor as I am not going here ever again.Rudest people ever. From receptionists on power trips to impatient, rushful, angry doctor (Dr. Sikander). Be prepared to spend 3 or 4 hours there as they book people in for 2 min slots and waste people's time as they spend longer than that in each exam room. The pile up is insane and its their own fault for being so greedy for government $$. Only Dr. George is human over there. He is so friendly, kind and fair. The rest are all horrible excuses of humans working in the wrong profession to deal with sick people. You know who you are, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I've seen the politics you people play. Some people bribe their way to the front of the line. You let your friends in first. Shame on you guys for playing with free healthcare and abusing the lack of inspection/regulations.

I have been going there for my whole life and theyre my family doctor and this is very good and we moved to Cambridge and we still go to levi walk-in clinic and dr Shibana Sikander is the professional there ahe know what shes doing but the staff at the front desk are kinda rude and bc of the front desk staff im giving it a 4 star but the doctors in sude are nice and if a baby is crying then they will take the baby first

Are they even open still? My son is a patient there and I've called and left messages for 3 days straight and no one has returned my call. They were always terrible, but this is next level bad!! Avoid this place if you have ANY other choice!

This dr is a buisness man first. Myself and two high needs children sat and waited over 45 mins for this dr to get out of an apparent buisness meeting then take our records go to his room to what i assume review them back in 30 mins he calls us in and prescribed medication strong enough for a grown adult. After that stressful incounter they booked the next appoint in diress. I called to find out the next appointment they said you missed it today and you have to pay 50$ a child to b seen again. No if ands or buts about it. But they gave my daughter narcotics and refused to see her after negative reactions until I paid the missed appointment fee.we have since found a Dr who disagrees with dr kattaks diagnosis and found that medication given to my daughter us not only wrong but culd have cause severe damage . and dr total couldnt care obviously because when he wascalled on it he wouldnt even return emails to the Dr. Same on all the money hungry staff
